SCG Canada has improved its website and added a customer support system.
We have replaced our website and more importantly implemented a new help system to service and support our customers. The new support site offers a searchable electronic manual, our latest firmware, instructional videos and more. For privacy reasons we did not store your old account information and so you are required to create a new account in order to access this service. The process is quite simple:
- Navigate to support.scgcanada.com.
- Select ‘Sign Up’ part way down the page below the form.
- Ensure you use an email account that you have access to since all email accounts will be verified.
- If you use an open email account such as Gmail that is new to us, we may ask to provide further details prior to approving your account.
- Once your account has been authorized, you should have access to our new support site.
Once your account is activated, you will be able browse our full support site as well as submit direct support requests or ‘tickets’ to our team.
